6 eggs
2 small cans chopped chilies
4 ounces Monterey Jack cheese, grated
directions
Whip eggs until foamy.
In a 9 x 13 inch pan, layer beans, chilies, and cheese. Then pour eggs over entire dish. Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes.
