Microwave Bacon Wrapped Mini Meatloaves

ingredients
1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
1/2 cup chopped onion
4 thick slices bacon
1 pound lean ground beef
1 slice bread, torn into pieces, MOISTENED WITH
2 tablespoons milk
1 egg
2 tablespoons ketchup
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 teaspoon curry powder
1/4 teaspoon Kitchen Bouquet
directions
In small bowl, combine green pepper and onion. Cover loosely with plastic wrap. Microwave on HIGH 1 to 1 1/2 minutes, or until tender crisp. Set aside.
Place bacon on double thickness of paper towels. Cover with paper towel. Microwave on HIGH 2 to 3 minutes, or until slightly underdone.
In medium mixing bowl combine ground beef, green peppers, onion and remaining ingredients. Blend well.
Divide mixture into 2 equal parts, shaping each into a 6x3-1/2-in. loaf. Wrap 2 strips of bacon around each loaf and secure with wooden pick.
Place loaves on roasting rack, cover with wax paper. Microwave on HIGH 7 to 11 minutes, rotating every 2 minutes. Let stand covered 3 minutes or until firm.
