Individual Stroganoff Meat Loaves

ingredients
1 cup sour cream
2 pounds lean ground beef
2 cups fine cracker crumbs
1 can (4 ounce size) mushroom stems and pieces, undrained
2 tablespoons tomato paste
1/4 cup chopped parsley
1/2 cup chopped onion
3 eggs
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
bottled steak sauce
snipped dill, optional
directions
Mix well 1/3 cup sour cream and all ingredients except steak sauce and dill.
Divide in equal portions and shape in oval loaves. Place on rack in broiler pan and brush with steak sauce.
Bake at 350 about 40 minutes. Top each with dollop of sour cream and dill.

I made this for a small dinner 9 people. everyone enjoyed it. so much so that I will be making them for our church Mother/Daughter dinner (200 people)in May 2010. They were very moist and great taste. It would be nice if there would be an easy way to increase the receipt for a larger group. thanks for a very good receipt.
