Chicken With Basil Potatoes

ingredients
6 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
salt and pepper
1/2 cup Italian salad dressing
1 tablespoon flour
1 medium green or red bell pepper, cut in rings
4 medium potatoes, cut in 1/4-inch slices
1 jar (4.5 ounce size) sliced mushrooms, drained
1 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
directions
Preheat grill to medium-high or oven to 450 degrees F.
Open a foil cooking/grilling bag. Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper; arrange in an even layer in foil bag. Combine Italian dressing and flour; spoon over chicken. Arrange green pepper rings over chicken. Layer potatoes evenly over chicken and green pepper rings. Sprinkle with mushrooms, basil, garlic salt and pepper.
To seal, double fold open end of foil bag. Place foil bag in a 1-inch deep pan.
To cook, slide foil bag onto grill or leave foil bag in supporting pan and place in oven.
Grill 23 to 28 minutes in covered grill OR bake 40 to 45 minutes in supporting pan in oven.
Use oven mitts to cut open foil bag with a sharp knife. Carefully fold back top of foil bag, allowing steam to escape.
Spoon sauce over chicken and sprinkle with cheese before serving.

I thought this was really good and healthy. I didn't havea foil bag..not sure what that used but just wrapped it with foil..added some red inions and green beans, seasoned with garlic, salt and pepper, wrapped it up and baked it for 40 min covered and 10-15 uncovered ( bc the potatoes were too soft) and then it was good to go! very delicious! just add all your fave veggies and a great meal!
