Love buffalo wings? Get that same hot, zippy flavor in everything from deviled eggs to enchiladas. And of course: wings.
The name, vodka, comes from the Russian phrase zhiznennaia voda, or "water of life". It can be made from everything from potatoes to beets. It's considered to be fairly flavorless which makes it a great liquor for mixed drinks.

I've made this a couple of times. My wife approves and the kids like it. The cook time shown here is way too high. You'll end up with a black mess of carmelized onions stuck in your pan, and the potatos will be mush. Whereever it says 20 minutes, make it 10.
