Mexican Cream Cheese Dip

ingredients
1 package (8 ounce size) softened cream cheese
1 can (15 to 16 ounce size) refried beans
1 can (15 ounce size) no-bean chili
1 package (8 ounce size) Mexican blend shredded cheese
tortilla chips
directions
Spread cream cheese in the bottom of a 9" pie plate. Spread beans, then chili, on top of the cream cheese. Sprinkle shredded cheese over all.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 15-25 minutes or until cheese is melted. Serve as dip with chips.
