Not to be confused with evaporated milk, sweetened condensed milk is very sweet (and very sticky) and used primarily in desserts.

Zesty and versatile Italian cream cheese dip. This blend of cream cheese works equally well for dipping chips, dipping veggies, or topping toasts.
2 packages (8 ounce size) cream cheese
2 envelopes dried Italian salad dressing mix
2 cups plain yogurt, or sour cream
2 tablespoons milk
Beat all items in a small mixing bowl with electric mixer until blended. Refrigerate.
This makes a great chip dip.

Pumpkins aren't just for pies or Halloween decorations. These large, orange gourds - while naturally sweet - also work well in savory dishes. They pair well with poultry and pork (and especially bacon) and their creamy-when-cooked texture blends easily into soups.

This recipe is great if you add 3-4 cups of shredded sharp cheese and serve on Sociable crackers.

I use sour cream because I find yogurt too tart. Very good dip!

Easy and lots of flavor.....best flavor after letting it sit in fridge for a couple hours. Great with veggies, crackers (I used Wheat Thins) or chips!
