1 cup ice
1/2 cup coffee ice cream, softened
1/4 cup milk
2 ounces Kahlua (or other coffee-flavored liquor)
1 ounce vodka
Combine the ice, ice cream, milk, kahlua, and vodka in a blender. Process until smooth. Pour into a tall glass and serve immediately. Garnish with whipped cream if desired.
