Watermelon-Grapefruit Slushie

ingredients
8 cups cubed seedless watermelon
2 cups fresh ruby-red grapefruit juice
1 tablespoon chopped fresh mint
1/4 cup Campari (optional)
directions
In a food processor, puree watermelon. Sieve into a bowl. Add Campari, if using, to watermelon mixture. Add grapefruit juice and mint.
Pour into a baking dish. Freeze for 1 to 2 hours, until slushy.
