ingredients
1 ounce tequila
1 ounce vanilla liqueur or cognac
1/4 ounce peppermint liqueur
1/2 cup vanilla ice cream
2 ounces milk
directions
In a blender half filled with ice, add all ingredients and blend. Pour some cocoa powder on a plate, take a lime wedge to the outside of the glass and dip rim in cocoa powder.
Pour beverage into margarita glass and sprinkle top with some cocoa powder.
