ingredients
2 tablespoons light rum
2 tablespoons anejo rum
2 tablespoons Cointreau or triple sec
1 tablespoon lime juice
1 tablespoon orgeat syrup
2 tablespoons pomegranate liqueur, such as Pama
directions
Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake, and strain into tumbler with crushed ice. Garnish with a fresh orchid or paper parasol.

If you cannot find orgeat syrup, simple syrup plus a couple of drops of almond extract.
