It may look like a sad little package shoved in the back of your freezer, but frozen spinach actually has a lot of culinary uses (and some may surprise you).

A fizzy and fruity drink that's perfect for a spring party, bridal shower, or girl's night. Since the flavors will be blended, don't splurge on expensive wine. A simple, mild chardonnay will do just nicely.

1 can (12 ounce size) frozen concentrated pink lemonade
1/2 cup lemon vodka
1 bottle (750 ml. size) chardonnay
3 cups lemon lime soda, well chilled
Combine the pink lemonade, vodka, and chardonnay in a large pitcher. Mix well to dissolve the lemonade.
Place the pitcher in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Just before serving, mix in the chilled lemon-lime soda. Serve in wine glasses.
If you have all the ingredients very well chilled you can mix it and serve it immediately.
