The Bonefish Grill's sidecar cocktail is perfect for unwinding after a long day or celebrating special occasions. Served in a sugar-rimmed glass, it is as pleasing to the eyes as it is to the taste buds.

1 lemon wedge
2 ounces brandy
1/2 ounce Patron Citronge orange liqueur
2 ounces sour mix
1/2 ounce mango juice
soda water, as needed
Rim a wine or other cocktail glass with sugar and set aside.
Squeeze the juice of the lemon wedge into a shaker and drop the squeezed lemon wedge into the shaker along with enough ice to fill it 3/4ths full. Add the brandy, orange liqueur, sour mix, and mango juice. Shake well then strain into the prepared glass.
Fill the glass with soda water. Serve immediately.
