This iconic whiskey is a "Jack of all trades" when it comes to cooking. Toss it in some pasta, as a savory dipping sauce, and even bake it into something sweet.

Not exactly your usual cocktail. The gin fizz is a little sour, a little sweet. A dash of egg white gives it the foamy fizz it's named after.

3 dashes fresh lemon juice
2 dashes fresh lime juice
3 dashes orange flower water
1 1/4 ounce dry gin
1/4 egg white (pasteurized)
1 tablespoon powdered sugar
3 ounces milk
ice
Combine the lemon juice, lime juice, flower water, gin, egg white, powdered sugar, and milk in a cocktail shaker with ice.
Shake well then immediately strain into a cocktail glass. Serve immediately. Garnish with an orange or lemon slice if desired.
