1 1/2 ounce white rum
1 1/2 ounce Amaretto
1 ounce pineapple juice
1 ounce cranberry juice
pineapple wedge
directions
Fill a cocktail shaker half full of ice. Fill a tumbler glass or other cocktail glass half full of ice.
Add the rum, amaretto, pineapple juice, and cranberry juice to the shaker and shake until chilled. Strain the cocktail into the glass. Garnish with a pineapple wedge and serve immediately.
