This bright cocktail is as unique as it is eye-catching. Pineapple and rum kick it off with a tropical vibe, but topping it with tonic water brings a whole new twist to the island flavor.

ingredients

1 1/2 ounce pineapple juice
1 1/2 ounce light rum
1 ounce grapefruit juice
1 ounce Mandarine Napolean liqueur
1 ounce Blue Curacao
ice
tonic water

directions

Combine the pineapple juice, rum, grapefruit juice, mandarine liqueur, and blue curacao in a mixing glass.

Fill highball glasses half full with ice. Divide the cocktail between the glasses. Fill with tonic water. Serve immediately.
