whole cranberries
1 ounce cranberry juice
4 ounces Champagne
mint leaves, for garnish
Place a couple of whole cranberries in the bottom of a champagne flute. Add the cranberry juice. Slowly pour in the champagne and stir gently to combine.
Garnish the drink with mint leaves, if desired. Serve immediately.
