Doesn't get much more tropical than rum and coconuts. Coquito is known as Puerto Rican eggnog. Kick your feet up, enjoy a coquito or two with some cinnamon sprinkled on top, and enjoy the holidays island-style.

1/2 cup water
1 1/3 cup sweetened condensed milk
1 cup rum
4 cups coconut milk
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 pinch salt
Combine all the ingredients in a blender. Process until completely smooth.
Pour into a pitcher and place in the refrigerator to chill for 1-2 hours before serving.
Pour into glasses and garnish with a sprinkle of ground cinnamon before serving.
