ingredients
1/4 european seedless cucumber, thinly sliced
2 lime quarters
3 tablespoons vodka
2 tablespoons ginger beer, or more
directions
Reserve one cucumber slice. Combine the remaining cucumber and lime quarters in a cocktail shaker and shake.
Add the vodka and ice, shake well and strain into a highball glass over ice. Top with the ginger beer and garnish with the reserved cucumber slice.
