Fill a glass half full with ice. Add the vodka and then fill the remainder with pineapple juice. Stir gently to combine.

This is an excellent summertime drink. We used unsweetened pineapple juice which makes this refreshing without being too sweet. Would also be good served as a punch (just make up a big batch).
