Ranking #1 in nearly every "favorite cookie" poll, the chocolate chip cookie is pretty much the go-to cookie of choice for both kids and grownups alike.

This is the ultimate summertime cocktail! It's got a hefty shot of vodka mixed with refreshing citrus flavors. It's a drink best served well chilled. You can make a large batch of it ahead of time, just omit the lemon-lime soda and store it in the refrigerator. Before serving, add the soda (make sure it's well chilled) and serve over ice in individual glasses.

1 1/2 ounce Absolut citron vodka
3 ounces club soda
1/2 ounce lemon-lime soda, like Sprite or 7-Up
3/4 ounce sweet & sour mix
ice
1 lemon wedge
Combine the vodka, club soda, lemon-lime soda, and sweet and sour mix in a shaker with ice. Cover and shake.
Fill a collins glass with ice. Strain the drink into the glass over the ice. Garnish with a wedge of lemon.
