1 1/2 pound ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
1 cup carrots, sliced
1 cup celery, sliced
1 cup cabbage, sliced
1 can (6 ounce size) tomato paste
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
3 cups beef bouillon or stock
In a skillet, brown hamburger and drain. Add vegetables.
Combine tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce and bouillon. Add to crock pot with hamburger. Stir to blend.
Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.

I like this hamburger soup, I found it very filling and tasty. My family thought it could use more spices.
