ingredients
1 bottle (750 milliliter size) dry red wine
1 cup orange juice
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup brandy or cognac
1/4 cup orange liqueur
1 medium orange, sliced
1 medium blood orange, sliced
1 medium lime, sliced
2 cups club soda, chilled
crushed ice, optional
orange peel twists, optional
directions
In a large pitcher, combine wine, orange juice, sugar, brandy, orange liqueur, orange slices and lime slices. Refrigerate at least 2 hours.
To serve, add club soda. If desired, serve over ice. Garnish with orange peel.
