ingredients
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/2 fresh tangerine, grated peel of
1/4 cup fresh tangerine juice
1/2 fresh lemon, juiced
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
1 small head cabbage, cut into long thin shreds
3 tangerines, peeled, segmented, de-seeded, and cut in half
1/2 cup raisins
1/4 cup chopped nuts
directions
In a large bowl, combine cabbage, tangerines, raisins, and salad dressings. Chill.
To serve, add chopped nuts and toss gently.
