Mini Crescent Meat Loaves - CDKitchen.com

ingredients

2 pounds lean ground beef
2/3 cup chopped onions
1/2 cup quick-cooking oats
1/2 cup ketchup
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 eggs
1 can (8 ounce size) refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
salsa, if desired

directions

Heat oven to 375 degrees F.

Cook ground beef and onion in 10-inch skillet over medium heat 8 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until beef is brown. Drain well. Stir in remaining ingredients except rolls and salsa.

Unroll crescent rolls and divide into 4 rectangles. Press each into a 8- x 6-inch rectangle. Press each rectangle in loaf cup of 4-loaf mini loaf pan or into large muffin tin holes.

Divide beef mixture evenly among loaves. Bake for 24 to 28 minutes or until rolls are golden brown. Cool in pan for 5 minutes.

Turn pan upside down onto serving plate. Serve loaves with salsa.
