Italian Sausage Mini Meatloaf

ingredients
1 1/2 pound ground beef, extra lean
1/2 pound Italian sausage, bulk
1/2 cup onion, minced
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon sage, dried
1 cup applesauce, unsweetened
1/2 cup whole wheat bread crumbs
1/2 cup bran, unprocessed
directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Mix all ingredients together well. Place 1/3 cup mixture in each of 16 muffin cups.
Bake at 350 degrees F until done, about 1 hour. Remove from muffin tins. Serve hot or cold.
