1 tablespoon McCormick Grill Mates Montreal Steak Seasoning or McCormick Grill Mates 25% less sodium montreal steak seasoning
1 tablespoon light brown sugar
1 teaspoon McCormick onion powder
1/2 teaspoon oregano leaves
1 pound sirloin, porterhouse or New York strip steak
Mix steak seasoning, sugar, onion powder and oregano in small bowl until well blended. Generously season steak with spice mixture.
Grill over medium-high heat 8 to 10 minutes per side or until desired doneness.
