Not to be confused with evaporated milk, sweetened condensed milk is very sweet (and very sticky) and used primarily in desserts.

- #12103
30-60 minutes
ingredients
Onion-Dill Sauce
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 tablespoons plain yogurt
1 tablespoon finely chopped onion
1 tablespoon finely chopped dill pickle
1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
Chicken Burgers
3/4 pound ground chicken breast
1/4 cup unseasoned bread crumbs
2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
1/2 teaspoon chopped fresh thyme
4 hamburger buns
directions
Combine the mayonnaise, yogurt, onion, pickle, and dill in a bowl. Cover with plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator for 20-30 minutes before serving the burgers.
For the burgers, combine the chicken, bread crumbs, dill, and thyme in a bowl. Mix with a wooden spoon until the bread crumbs and seasonings are incorporated (don't use your hands as the warmer body temperature can "melt" the fat in the chicken which can cause the burgers to be tough).
Form the chicken mixture into patties.
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat or preheat a grill. Cook the patties as desired.
To serve, place a cooked chicken patty on a bun. Top with some of the onion-dill sauce and any other desired toppings (lettuce, tomato, etc). Serve immediately.
