Chewy Butterscotch Raisin Bars

ingredients
1 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup butter or margarine, softened
1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
2 large eggs
1 cup butterscotch chips, melted
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup raisins
1/3 cup semisweet chocolate chips, melted
directions
Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 9 inch square baking pan.
Mix flour, baking powder and salt.
Beat butter and brown sugar with mixer on medium speed until pale and fluffy. Beat in eggs, one at a time. Add flour mixture; beat until blended and smooth. Beat in melted butterscotch chips and vanilla; stir in raisins.
Spread in prepared pan. Bake for 22-25 minutes until golden brown and center is set (sides rise higher than the center). Cool in pan on rack.
Cut into bars, then drizzle with melted chocolate.
