  1. Elizabeth REVIEW:

I've used this recipe many, many years. It came from the first Crockpot I purchased in my early twenties, 60 years ago! My recipe got lost about 4 years ago and I couldn't remember the exact proportions of the rub mix. I really appreciate finding the recipe on-line because I am hungry for this meal. The really good thing about is that you can make just one or two servings. My favorite sides are more rice and broccoli or asparagus. Um Um Good...

This is excellent--good enough for company--and almost no trouble. My little ones like it served with green beans and mashed potatoes or baked sweet potatoes. Truly a delectable comfort food.

These were the best pork chops I think I've ever eaten! My husband and I both savored every bite. They were a little thinner than 1" and I only made 3, so I cooked them 6 hours and they were soooo tender and flavorful. And they're so easy to prepare. Can't wait to make them for company!!
