It may look like a sad little package shoved in the back of your freezer, but frozen spinach actually has a lot of culinary uses (and some may surprise you).

TO MAKE SPAGHETTI SAUCE: In a medium size heavy saucepan over moderate heat, mix together 2 cans (28 oz each) low sodium tomatoes, drained and chopped, 1 can (6 oz) low sodium tomato paste and 1 cup water; stir in 1/2 cup Spaghetti sauce seasoning. Mix. Reduce the heat and simmer, uncovered, for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Spoon over spaghetti or other pasta

Love buffalo wings? Get that same hot, zippy flavor in everything from deviled eggs to enchiladas. And of course: wings.
A can of cream of mushroom soup can be a real dinner saver. It works great in casseroles and can turn into a sauce or gravy in a pinch.

How many servings does this make? I see 1.5 cups, but I'm assuming 1.5 cups isn't needed for each time?
In the directions it states how much to use per batch of spaghetti sauce. Each use calls for 1/2 cup of the seasoning mix so you'll get 3 uses out of one batch.
