ingredients
1 tablespoon celery seed
1 tablespoon black peppercorns
6 bay leaves
1/2 teaspoon whole cardamom
1/2 teaspoon mustard seed
4 whole cloves
1 teaspoon sweet hungarian paprika
1/4 teaspoon mace
directions
In a spice grinder or small food processor combine all the ingredients. Grind well and store in a small glass jar.
NOTE: Can easily be doubled or tripled, but as with all spices it is better to make in small quantities and use as needed.

My store seems to always be out of Old Bay so I have decided to only make my own from now on. This is extremeley close to the real thing!
