A few choice Latin spices like cumin, paprika and oregano set the stage, and you can dial this chili powder up or down with cayenne.

3 tablespoons paprika
1 tablespoon ground cumin
2 tablespoons dried oregano
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper, or to taste
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Combine all the ingredients. Pour into an airtight container and store at room temperature for up to 4 months.
Adjust the cayenne amount as desired.
