3 beef bouillon cubes, crushed
3 dashes black pepper
Place the bouillon cubes in a bowl and crush them until they are a powder using the back of a spoon (you can also use a mortar and pestle). Stir the black pepper into the bouillon powder and mix well.
Transfer the mixture to an airtight container and store at room temperature. Add, as desired, to rice while the rice is cooking.
