Breakfast Meatballs

ingredients
2 pounds sausage
1 pound ground beef
3 eggs
2 tablespoons instant minced onion
1/2 pound sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
black pepper, to taste
directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix thoroughly. Roll into 1 to 1 1/2 inch balls or drop by spoonfuls onto cookie sheet. Bake for 18 to 20 minutes.
NOTE: This freezes well for later use. Freeze in the amount you need for breakfast.
