Cheesy Rice

ingredients
1 1/2 cup reduced fat milk
2 cups fresh broccoli florets
1 1/2 cup instant white rice
1/2 cup processed American cheese spread
directions
Preheat saucepan on high for 1-2 minutes. Add milk and broccoli and bring just to boiling point. Stir in rice and cheese. Remove from heat, cover and allow to sit for 5 minutes.
So easy! Great for a last minute side dish. Can make it spicy by using mexican cheese spread.
