2 cups hot cooked rice
1/2 cup grated Cheddar cheese
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup imitation bacon bits
directions
Combine rice, cheese, and seasonings in saucepan. Cook until cheese melts, stirring frequently. Serve.
Top each serving with sour cream and bacon bits.
Microwave instructions - Combine all ingredients except sour cream and bacon bits in a 1-quart microwave-proof baking dish. Cover and cook on HIGH (maximum power) for 2 minutes. Stir and serve.

I use real bacon not the fake bacon. Love how quick this recipe is!
