Couscous

Couscous isn't actually a grain - it's made from semolina so it's technically a pasta. Because of the cooking method most people treat it like a grain. It comes in different sizes, and even different colors. The larger Israeli couscous (also called "pearl") has a meatier texture but does take a couple of minutes longer to cook. The smaller version is practically instant to cook. Add it to boiling water, cover and remove from heat. Fluff after 5 minutes.
