1 pound couscous
3 ounces pine nuts
3 ounces raisins
2 tablespoons olive oil
directions
Mix honey and salt into the boiling water. Pour over couscous. Stir in pine nuts and raisins. After 15 minutes, stir in olive oil. Fluff up with a fork.
