ingredients
1 tablespoon olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 1/4 cup water
1 cup couscous
1/2 teaspoon salt
directions
In a large saucepan, heat oil over medium heat and saute garlic. Add water and bring to a boil. Stir in couscous and salt.
Remove from heat and cover. Let sit for 5 minutes, then stir with a fork. Serve immediately.
