Welsh Rarebit Sandwiches
Sometimes called Welsh Rabbit (it doesn't actually contain rabbit!). Welsh rarebit is a mixture of cheddar cheese, ale (or beer) and seasonings. The cheese and other ingredients are melted and served over toasted bread or English muffins. In Britain, it is often served at "high tea".
Trivia: You can turn Welsh rabbit into a "golden buck" by topping it with a poached egg.
