Ever crave a quick bite that hits the spot without requiring too much fuss? This tomato rarebit packs a nice punch with its combination of toasted bread, Swiss cheese, and slices of tomato.

ingredients
4 slices bread, toasted
4 slices Swiss cheese
12 thin slices tomato
directions
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees f.
Place the toasted bread on a baking sheet. Top each with a slice of the cheese. Place three slices of tomato on each toast.
Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake for 5 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
Remove from the oven and serve hot.
