Fun Food Holidays™ May 5th is Cinco de Mayo

First popularized by American beer companies, Cinco de Mayo is more a celebration of Mexican-American heritage than a major holiday actually imported from Mexico. CDK has its own Cinco de Mayo section among its holiday recipes, with great Tex-Mex and Mexican dishes and cocktails to enliven the celebrating. As with St. Patrick's Day and Irish heritage, everyone's a little bit Mexican on Cinco de Mayo!
