1 tablespoon sweet paprika
2 teaspoons dried oregano
kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
directions
Combine ingredients in a small bowl. Rub the spice mixture all over chicken (whole or pieces). Marinate for 1 hour, covered, in refrigerator.
