Fresh citrus juice combined with garlic, cumin, and hot sauce yields a chicken marinade that will add tons of flavor to your meal.

1/2 cup orange juice
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup lime juice
1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
1 clove garlic, smashed
3 drops Tabasco sauce
Combine all the ingredients in a shallow pan or zip-top plastic bag. Add the chicken and turn to coat it in the marinade. Place in the refrigerator for 2-10 hours to marinate. Discard the marinade before grilling or broiling the chicken.
