This tea mix is the perfect way to enjoy the tropical flavors of the Caribbean. It's a delicious blend of sweet tea, pineapple, and orange with a hint of coconut extract.

2 cups dry unsweetened instant tea drink mix
1 package (3 ounce size) dry pineapple gelatin mix
1 package (3 ounce size) dry orange gelatin mix
1 cup sugar
3/4 teaspoon coconut extract
Combine the instant tea drink mix, dry gelatin mix, sugar, and coconut extract in a food processor. Process for 30-45 seconds or until the ingredients are pulverized and powdery.
Transfer the tea mix to an airtight container and store in a cool, dry place.
To use the Caribbean tea mix, combine 2 tablespoons of the mix in a mug with hot or cold water and ice. Mix well and serve immediately. Garnish with a slice of orange or pineapple wedge, if desired.
