1 jar (18 ounce size) orange breakfast drink
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup presweetened lemonade mix
1/2 cup instant tea
1 box (3 ounce size) apricot gelatin powder
2 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon ground cloves
Combine these dry ingredients and store in an airtight container. This recipe makes 50 servings so it is perfect for dividing up and giving away as gifts. Put these directions on the gift jar:
FRIENDSHIP TEA: Use 1 1/2 tablespoons per cup of boiling water.

I used to make Friendship Tea in the 1970's and I'm glad to say this is equal to the one I had. The only thing is you cannot find apricot Jell-O, at least in the winter time so I used, "Oregon Chai Spiced Original Chai Tea Latte Mix" and used 3 packets equal to 1/2 cup! It smells and taste so GOOD. ENJOY

I make this with sugar free Tang and Crystal Light powdered tea and lemonade along with the seasonings. It tastes just as good but has zero calories.
