1/2 pound Provolone cheese, grated
1/2 pound American cheese, grated
3/4 cup heavy cream
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
3/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

1/8 teaspoon yellow food coloring
Place the Provolone in the top of a double boiler over simmering, not boiling, water. Cook, stirring frequently, until melted.
Stir in the American cheese and heavy cream. Mix well and continue to stir until melted.
Add the cream cheese and mix well. When the cream cheese has melted, remove the pan from the heat.
Stir in the garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, cayenne, and food coloring. Mix well until smooth.
Serve warm with tortilla chips, crackers, or veggies for dipping.
