Man, when did Dunkin get so good at making these coffee drinks? This copycat Coolatta uses a bit of almond extract with chilled coffee to blend up a refreshing pick-me-up.
3/4 cup brewed coffee, chilled
1/2 cup milk
2 tablespoons sugar
chocolate syrup, as desired
1/4 teaspoon almond extract
1 1/2 cup ice cubes
Combine all the ingredients in a blender and process until smooth and creamy. Pour into a tall glass and serve immediately.
You can make this a low carb treat by using heavy cream in place of the milk, Splenda in place of the sugar, and sugar-free chocolate syrup.

A can of cream of mushroom soup can be a real dinner saver. It works great in casseroles and can turn into a sauce or gravy in a pinch.

I haven't had this drink at Dunkin Donuts but I've made this recipe several times and I can vouch for it being DELICIOUS!!! I make a pot of coffee and keep it in the fridge just so I can make this drink (without having to wait for coffee to brew and chill). I've also used caramel syrup in place of chocolate and that too is amazing.
