ingredients

1 package (4 ounce size) baby leaf salad
1 can (3 ounce size) sardines, drained
1 can (7 ounce size) chickpeas, rinsed
1 avocado, peeled and chopped
1 orange, segmented
1 tomato, de-seeded and chopped
1/2 medium red chili pepper, chopped
2 tablespoons chopped fresh coriander
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
1 pinch paprika
1 pinch chili powder
salt

directions

In a medium bowl, mix together the salad leaves, sardines, chickpeas, avocado, orange, tomato, chili and coriander.

In a separate small bowl, whisk together the remaining ingredients and pour over the salad. Serve immediately.
